E3 2018: The Elder Scrolls: Blades Coming To VR Headsets

There’s a new Elder Scrolls game on the way to VR headsets and other platforms.

Bethesda just announced The Elder Scrolls: Blades, a new adventure in the beloved fantasy series that’s unlike any other entry before. For starters, the game is coming to mobile and high-end VR headsets as well as traditional platforms like iOS.

Blades is made up of procedurally generated dungeons that you can tackle in different modes including a story-based version. We saw a bit of gameplay and it looked like a visually rich experience that’s quite similar to Skyrim (which hit VR last year). It will have cross-play support.

The game’s coming later this year for free. We have a lot more to learn about it so stay tuned.
